SIKESTON -- Billy Charles Hupp, 52, of Sikeston died Sunday, April 18, 1999, at the Missouri Delta Medical Center. He was born March 11, 1947, son of Orville "Bill" Hupp and Avis Barber Hupp at Sikeston. His parents survive. He and Sandra K. McCanless were married Dec. 1, 1967, at Sikeston. She also survives...

SIKESTON -- Billy Charles Hupp, 52, of Sikeston died Sunday, April 18, 1999, at the Missouri Delta Medical Center.

He was born March 11, 1947, son of Orville "Bill" Hupp and Avis Barber Hupp at Sikeston. His parents survive. He and Sandra K. McCanless were married Dec. 1, 1967, at Sikeston. She also survives.

Hupp had been a self-employed residential and commercial construction carpenter and had been a truck driver for Next Day Motor Freight Co. of Sikeston. He was a 1965 graduate of Sikeston High School and an elder in the Sikeston congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses.

He was a veteran.

Also surviving are a son, Greg Hupp of Bloomfield; two brothers, Donald Hupp of Morley and Terry Hupp of Middleburg, Fla.

Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the chapel, with Mike Alberson officiating, and Major Clark assisting. Burial will follow in Garden of Memories Cemetery in Sikeston.
