OLIVE BRANCH, Ill. -- Funeral service for Blanche Baine of Olive Branch will be held at 11 a.m. today at Crain Funeral Chapel in Tamms. The Rev. Steve Rasmussen will officiate, with burial in McCrite Cemetery at Tamms.

Baine, 68, died Saturday, July 3, 1993, at Vencor Hospital in St. Louis.

She was born May 20, 1925, in Olive Branch, daughter of Guy and Goldie Hurley Parks Sr. She and Harry Baine were married May 6, 1942. He died July 25, 1972.

Baine is survived by two daughters, Diana Sissum of Cache, Connie Kelley of Olmsted; two brothers, Joe Parks of Leavenworth, Kan., Guy Parks Jr. of Cairo; a sister, Audrey Mewborn of Jal, N.M., and two grandsons.
