JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. -- Bobbie Gene Wilfawn Jr., 67, of Jefferson City passed away Friday, Jan. 24, 2020, at The Bluffs in Columbia, Missouri.

He was born March 3, 1952, in Cape Girardeau, son of the late Bobbie Gene and Betty Elders Wilfawn.

Bobbie served his country during Vietnam with the Army National Guard.

Following his honorable discharge, he worked for many years as an auto mechanic.

Survivors include his children, Twila (Aaron) Hauzer of Jefferson City, Patrick (Lacy) Wilfawn of Blackshear, Georgia, Michael (Crystal) Wilfawn of Blackshear and Melissa (Bobby) Taylor of Athens, California; siblings, Becky Wilfawn of Cape Girardeau, Mary Umfleet of Benton, Missouri, Linda Smith of Scott City, Margie Wilfawn of Rockview, Missouri, Debbie (Chuck) Bollinger of Scott City and Maxine Smith of Scott City; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Bobby Wilfawn; and sister, Jonie Curd.
