Brett Eric Plemons, 15, of Olive Branch, Ill., died Friday, May 19, 2006, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau from injuries sustained in an ATV accident.

He was born Aug. 11, 1990, son of Bobby Gene Plemons II and Marilyn Witzman Rice.

Plemons was a freshman at Egyptian High School where he had just received an award for outstanding accomplishment in industrial technology. He was a member of the FFA Chapter and worshiped at the Miracle Center in Tamms, Ill.

Survivors include his mother, Marilyn Rice of Olive Branch; father, Bob Plemons of Pekin, Ill.; a sister, Amanda Dooley of Double Springs, Ala.; a brother, Dustin Vaughn Plemons of Olive Branch; maternal grandparents, Dick and Betty Witzman Baugher of Olive Branch and paternal grandparents, Mary Plemons of Washington, Ill., and Bob Plemons of Double Springs, Ala.

He was preceded in death by a brother and maternal grandfather.

Friends may call from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the Crain Funeral Home in Tamms and after 12 p.m. Tuesday at the Miracle Center in Tamms.

Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Miracle Center with the pastor Gayle Fuhr officiating. Interment will be in the Olive Branch Cemetery.
