GREENBRIER -- Carmen L. Williams, 73, of Salt Lake City, Utah, died Tuesday, June 2, 1992, there.
She was born March 3, 1919, at Greenbrier, daughter of David M. and Bertha F. Sample Owens. She married John M. Williams in May 1947. He died in May 1977.
Williams was a member of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Survivors include two sons, Tom Williams of Salt Lake City, Tony Williams of Natchez, Miss.; Three daughters, Pat Benson of Dent, Minn., Judy Ealy of Mattoon, Ill., Becky Williams of Salt Lake City; two brothers, Chester Owens of Erin, Tenn., Warren Owens of St. Peters; three sisters, Ruth Hawk of Sturdivant, Helen Gibbs and Betty Owens of Greenbrier, and nine grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a brother.
Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Morgan Funeral Chapel in Advance. Officiating will be Bruce Walker, James Walker and Chester Owens. Burial will be in Baker Cemetery at Marble Hill.
Friends may call 6-9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
