Celia Hahs, 83, of 1136 S. Ellis, died Sunday, June 7, 1992 at the Lutheran Home.

She was born Oct. 20, 1908 in Oak Ridge, daughter of Henry and Margaret Russel.

She married Archie Hahs, who preceded her in death on April 19, 1941.

She was a member of the Sedgewickville Lutheran Church.

Survivors are two daughters, Goldie Reed of Cape Girardeau and Ruby Seabaugh of Golden, Colo.; one son, Ernest Hahs of Ashmore, Ill.; one brother, Ed Russel of Oak Ridge; 10 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

She was employed at the Lowenbaum Dress Factory.

Friends may call after 4 p.m. today at the Lorberg Memorial Funeral Chapel.

Funeral service will be Wednesday at 10 a.m. at the Lorberg chapel with the Rev. Albert Nyland officiating. Burial will be in the Sedgewickville Lutheran Church Cemetery.
