Funeral service for Charles Clark II and Justin Clark of Kansas City, Mo., formerly of Sikeston, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the West End Missionary Church in Sikeston. The brothers drowned Oct. 8 in the Brushy Creek flood in Kansas City. The sons of Charles Clark Sr. and Vanessa West Clark of Kansas City, formerly of Sikeston, Charles Clark II, 19, was born May 19, 1979, and Justin Clark was born July 9, 1980...

Funeral service for Charles Clark II and Justin Clark of Kansas City, Mo., formerly of Sikeston, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the West End Missionary Church in Sikeston.

The brothers drowned Oct. 8 in the Brushy Creek flood in Kansas City.

The sons of Charles Clark Sr. and Vanessa West Clark of Kansas City, formerly of Sikeston, Charles Clark II, 19, was born May 19, 1979, and Justin Clark was born July 9, 1980.

Charles attended De La Salle High School. Justin attended Central High School in Kansas City.

They are survived by their parents; a brother, Jaeson Clark of Kansas City; a sister, Tamara West of Sikeston; grandparents, Thelma West Tanksley of Sikeston, Lester O. West Sr. of Las Vegas, Nev., and Sullivan and Minnie Clark of Essex; and great-grandparents Eula Mae Hill of Sikeston and Jessie West of Hayti.

The Rev. Leroy Williams, pastor of Mount Zion Baptist Church of Gray Ridge, will officiate at Thursday's funeral service. Interment will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery at Charleston. The Williams-Farr and Parnell Funeral Home of Sikeston is in charge of arrangements.
