DEXTER -- Charles L. Frame, 79, of Dexter, died Tuesday, Feb. 15, 1994, at Dexter Memorial Hospital. He was born Jan. 29, 1915, in Ridgeway, Ill., son of J.C. and Sarah Oliver Frame. Survivors include four brothers, Mearl Frame of Dexter, John Frame of Radcliff, Ky., Bill Frame of Flint, Mich., Joe Frame of Tacoma, Wash.; nine sisters, Mabel Mossman of Duran, Mich., Mary McDaniel of Keego Harbor, Mich., Florence Schatz of Clarkston, Mich., Nora Frame of Pontiac, Mich., Flora Wiegand of Clovis, N.M., Betty Townley of Sunbury, Ohio, Deloris Nations and Ruth Nations of Poplar Bluff, and Ioleene Musgrave of Dexter; two stepsisters, Tomiko Frame of New York, N.Y., and Jeanie Trammel of Dexter.. ...

Friends may call at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter after 5 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. The Rev. Kenneth Martin will officiate, with burial in Dexter Cemetery.
