ANNA, Ill. -- Christopher Dwayne Alsip, 15, of Anna, Ill., died Saturday, Sept. 13, 2003, at Union County Hospital in Anna.

He was born June 14, 1988 in Carbondale, Ill., the son of Michell and Penny Jackson Alsip.

He was a freshman at Cobden High School in Cobden, Ill.

Friends may call at the Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Cobden after 5 p.m. today. Funeral services will at 3 p.m. Tuesday at the Cobden High School gym. The Rev. Andy Cunningham will officiate, with burial following at Ebenezer Hall Cemetery in Lick Creek, Ill.
