Christopher M. Koenig, 32, of Jackson died Saturday, Feb. 19, 2005, at his home. He was born Feb. 5, 1973, in Cape Girardeau, son of Vona Oster Koenig. Christopher M. Koenig, 32, of Jackson died Saturday, Feb. 19, 2005, at his home.

He was born Feb. 5, 1973, in Cape Girardeau, son of Vona Oster Koenig.

Koenig was co-owner of Tattitude Body Arts in Poplar Bluff, Mo. He was a volunteer several years at St. Louis Iron Mountain and Southern Railroad in Jackson.

Survivors include a son, Dalton Koenig of Perryville, Mo.; a daughter, Brooklynn Koenig of Jackson; his mother of Jackson; two brothers, Terry Koenig of Jackson, Ron Koenig of San Diego, Calif.; and a sister, Patty Lynch of Cape Girardeau.

He was preceded in death by his father, stepfather and grandparents.

Friends may call at McCombs Funeral Home in Jackson from 4 to 6 p.m. Wednesday.

A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with Mike Parry officiating.
