Cindy Topper COLUMBIA, Mo.-- Cindy Lynn Topper, 48, of Columbia died Friday, Jan. 16, 2009, at Boone Hospital Center in Columbia. She was born Feb. 13, 1960, in Stoddard County, Mo., daughter of Charles Henry and Effie Jean Welker Buttrey. COLUMBIA, Mo.-- Cindy Lynn Topper, 48, of Columbia died Friday, Jan. 16, 2009, at Boone Hospital Center in Columbia.
She was born Feb. 13, 1960, in Stoddard County, Mo., daughter of Charles Henry and Effie Jean Welker Buttrey.

Survivors include a son, Justin Wilkinson of Marble Hill, Mo.; a daughter, Jennifer Topper of Columbia; her mother of Advance, Mo.; and four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father and two sons.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Parker Funeral Home in Columbia.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with Dwayne Kirkpatrick officiating. Burial will be in Columbia Cemetery.
