MARBLE HILL, Mo. -- Dorman Clinton Elledge, 98, passed away Saturday, Sept. 25, 2021, at Woodland Hills in Marble Hill.

He was born July 7, 1923, in Marble Hill, son of the late Dorman and Bertha Collins Elledge.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and had been owner of the Ford dealership in Sikeston, Missouri, before retiring.

He is survived by a son, Roger C. (Tamara) Elledge of Sikeston; daughter, Sheila Teeters of Marble Hill; sister, Mary Jean Null of Marble Hill; two grandchildren, Roger Elledge II and Sam Teeters; and two great-grandchildren, Madelyn Elledge and Jack Teeters.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Ponder Funeral Home in Sikeston.

Another visitation will be from noon until time of funeral service at 1 p.m. Saturday at Liley Chapel in Marble Hill. Burial with full military honors will follow in the Bollinger County Memorial Park Cemetery in Marble Hill.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to Shriners Hospital, Alzheimer's Association or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
