PERRYVILLE -- Clyde Emmet McIntyre, 76, of Perryville died Friday, Feb. 5, 1993, at his home.

He was born March 13, 1916, at Jerseyville, Ill., the son of Michael and Frieda Delp McIntyre. On July 9, 1983, he married Norma Anna Oswald, who survives of the home.

He was a mechanic for the Gulf Transport Bus Company.

Other survivors include a daughter, Janet N. Miller of Ellis Grove Ill.; a son, Daniel C. McIntyre of Phoenix, Ariz.; two brothers, Charles McIntyre of Perryville and Lester McIntyre of Tallulah, La.; two sisters, Hettie Dereiux and Louise Dowell, both of Houston, Texas; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a son, two brothers and two sisters.

Friends may call from 3-9 p.m. Monday at the Miller Family Funeral Home in Perryville, where funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Miller Family Funeral Chapel. The Rev. John Brown will officiate, and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Chester, Ill.
