DONGOLA, Ill. -- Darrell Acuff, 67, of Dongola, died Tuesday, Feb. 7, 1995, at his home.

He was born July 16, 1927, in Dongola, son of Dock W. and Lucricia Ann West Acuff. He and Betsy Jo Dillow were married Feb. 9, 1950.

Acuff was a member of First Baptist Church of Dongola.

Survivors include his wife; two sons, Roger and Rick Acuff of Dongola; a sister, Barbara Corzine of Dongola; a granddaughter; a great-grandson, and two stepgrandsons.

Friends may call at Crain Funeral Home in Dongola from 5-8 p.m. Friday, and until service time Saturday.

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Dare Aden officiating. Burial will be in American Legion Cemetery.
