EAST PRAIRIE -- Funeral service for Donna Jean Lucas of East Prairie will be held at 11 a.m. today at Shelby Funeral Chapel here. Pastor Martin Lucas will officiate, with burial in Dogwood Cemetery.

Lucas, 61, died Thursday, June 30, 1994, at East Prairie Nursing Center, following an extended illness.

She was born Dec. 4, 1932, in East Prairie, daughter of Carleton and Allene Myers Lucas.

Lucas lived in Mississippi County most of her life. She was retired as a secretary and bookkeeper for Presson Ford in East Prairie. She was a member of First Christian Church.

Survivors include a sister, Cathy Allred, and a brother, Martin Lucas, both of East Prairie.
