ADVANCE, Mo. -- Dorothy L. Fowler, 84, of Advance died Sunday, June 12, 2005, at Crowley Ridge Healthcare in Dexter, Mo. She was born Jan. 11, 1921, in Bell City, Mo., daughter of John and Carrie Reutzel Lockhart. She and Donel Fowler were married Sept. 13, 1941, in Jackson. He died Dec. 12, 2000...

ADVANCE, Mo. -- Dorothy L. Fowler, 84, of Advance died Sunday, June 12, 2005, at Crowley Ridge Healthcare in Dexter, Mo.

She was born Jan. 11, 1921, in Bell City, Mo., daughter of John and Carrie Reutzel Lockhart. She and Donel Fowler were married Sept. 13, 1941, in Jackson. He died Dec. 12, 2000.

Survivors include two daughters, Sandy Rhodes of Dexter, Donna Fowler of Pinson, Ala.; a brother, Paul Lockhart of Dexter; and three grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother and two sisters.

Friends may call from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at Morgan Funeral Chapel in Advance.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the chapel. Burial will be at Morgan Memorial Park in Advance.
