MOUNDS, Ill. -- Elma L. Harris, 66, of Mounds died Sunday, Oct. 14, 2012, at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until service time Saturday at St. John Missionary Baptist Church. The funeral will be at noon Saturday at the church, with G.W. White and the Rev.
