EMMA DAVIS
Emma M. Davis, 91, of Cape Girardeau died Monday, May 17, 1999, at the Lutheran Home. She was born May 3, 1908, at Oran, daughter of Willie and Molly Strain. She and Cecil Davis were married Oct. 23, 1927. He died May 22, 1968. Davis had been a sewing machine operator at International Shoe Co. She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church...Emma M. Survivors include a daughter, Dorothy Gill of Cape Girardeau; and two grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by four brothers and two sisters.
There is no visitation.
Graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Memorial Park, with Dr. Larry Gallamore officiating.
Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
