FRANK SCHAEFER

ADVANCE -- Frank Lee Schaefer, 53, of Advance died Saturday, June 19, 1999, at Norwood.

He was born July 14, 1945, in Poplar Bluff, son of John Ernest and Florence May Oakes Schaefer. He and Jeanne Kamper were married March 23, 1975, in Freeburg, Ill.

Schaefer was co-owner-operator of Schaefer's Power Panels Inc. He was also a civic leader in Advance.

Survivors include his wife; a son, Brian Schaefer of Cape Girardeau; five sisters, Verna Emmons and Virginia Jaco, both of Poplar Bluff, Carol Neeley of Illinois, Charlotte Green of Collinsville, Ill., and Margie Petway of Texas.

He was preceded in death by a brother and sister.

Friends may call from 4:30 to 8 p.m. today at Morgan Funeral Home.

Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Ray Placher officiating. Burial will be in Hamtown Cemetery at Wappapello.
