JACKSON -- Gary L. Minton, 46, of Jackson died Saturday, Dec. 5, 1998, at his home.

He was born Jan. 3, 1952, son of Glen B. and Dorothy Kieninger Minton.

He married Darla Williams on Oct. 5, 1996.

He had worked at Union Electric as a lineman for 18 years.

Survivors include his wife; his mother, of Jackson; two daughters, Lori Ann Bodenschatz of Fayetteville, N.C., and Heather Renee Minton of Jackson; one son, Michael Benjamin Minton of Jackson; one stepson, John Michael Westhoff of Jackson; one stepdaughter Emily Jo Westhoff of Jackson; and two grandchildren.

Visitation will be Wednesday from 5 to 7 p.m. at McCombs Funeral Home in Jackson.

Funeral will be Wednesday at 7 p.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Steve Williams officiating.
