BLOOMFIELD -- Gary J. Trout, 39, of Bloomfield died Friday, Aug. 30, 1996, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, from injuries received in an automobile accident.
He was born Nov. 12, 1956, in Sikeston, son of Paul and Verda Jenkins Trout. He and Melody Brown were married July 6, 1991, in Advance.
Trout was a 1975 graduate of Advance High School and 1979 graduate of Murray State University. He owned convenience stores in Bloomfield and Oran. He was a member of Advance United Methodist Church, and Crowley Ridge Country Club in Bloomfield.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Benjamin Trout of the home; a stepson, Douglas Brown of the home; his mother of Advance; three brothers, Ron Trout of Dallas, Texas, Mike Trout of Houston, Texas, and Richard Trout of Cape Girardeau.
Friends may call at Morgan Funeral Home in Advance from 5-8 p.m. today.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Advance United Methodist Church, with the Rev. James Brice officiating. Burial will be in Morgan Memorial Park in Advance.
