ADVANCE -- Geneva Corbin, 81, of Advance died Wednesday, April 21, 1999, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
She was born Dec. 14, 1917, at Greenbrier, daughter of R.D. and Dora Dorhman Snyder. She and Paul Corbin were married Aug. 20, 1936.
The Corbins owned and operated Corbin Variety Store in Advance 30 years.
Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Shirley Kalinski and Carol McFerron of Advance; a sister, Jeanetta Walker of Albuquerque, N.M.; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two grandchildren, a brother, and two sisters.
Friends may call at Morgan Funeral Home from 5:30-8 p.m. today.
Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. The Rev. Jimmie Corbin will officiate. Burial will be in Morgan Memorial Park.
