Gerald Lee Lincoln, 71, of Millersville died Monday, May 14, 2007, at his home.

He was born April 26, 1936, at Scopus, Mo., son of Miles O. and Ruth Adeline Long Lincoln. He and Koren Buttry were married May 26, 1956, at Scopus.

Lincoln was a 1953 graduate of the former Lutesville High School. He retired as a maintenance worker at ARI. He was a member of Scopus Church of Christ.

Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Penny Trankle of Leopold, Mo.; six sons, Mark Lincoln of Irving, Texas, Jeff and Stacey Lincoln of Scopus, Roger Lincoln of Alvarado, Texas, Phillip Lincoln of Clinton, Mass., David Lincoln of Marble Hill, Mo.; three brothers, Ken and Floyd Lincoln of Millersville, Ralph Lincoln of Marble Hill; two sisters, Pauline Statler and Lorene Walter of Jackson; 16 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and 13 brothers and sisters.

Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today at Hutchings Funeral Chapel in Marble Hill.

The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the chapel, with Kelly Francis and Dr. John Engelhart officiating. Burial will be in Cook Cemetery at Scopus.
