PERRYVILLE -- Gladys L. Hager Unterreiner, 89, of Perryville died Friday, Oct. 11, 1996, at Perry County Nursing Home.

She was born Sept. 28, 1907, in Perry County, daughter of Charles and Ada Richardet Hager.

She married Herman J. Unterreiner Nov. 5, 1928. He preceded her in death Aug. 13, 1985.

She worked for International Shoe Company until her retirement. She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, Daughters of Isabella and Amvets Auxiliary in Perryville.

Survivors include two sons, LeRoy Unterreiner of Phoenix, Ariz., and Ronald Unterreiner of Cape Girardeau; two daughters, Velda Keller of Perryville and Rosemary Gisi of St. Louis; and a sister, Beulah Hotop of Perryville.

Service will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Perryville with the Rev. George Billings officiating. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.

Friends may call at Miller Family Funeral Home from 4 to 9 p.m. Sunday. A wake with Daughters of Isabella service will be held at 7 p.m. Sunday. Friends may also call from 6:30 to 9:50 a.m. Monday. A rosary will be recited at 9 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
