ANNA, Ill. -- Funeral for Glenn D. Hight Sr. of Anna will be held at 2 p.m. today at Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Anna. The Rev. Ron Ferguson will officiate. Burial will be in Friendship Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home after noon today.

Hight, 84, died Monday, April 24, 2000, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Mo.

He was born July 27, 1915, in Wetaug, son of Walter and Cora Heater Hight. He and Mary Louise Meisenheimer were married Aug. 26, 1937, in Bowling Green, Ohio.

Hight was a member of Plumbers and Pipefitters Local 160 in Murphysboro.

Survivors include his wife; a son, Glenn Hight Jr. of Marion; and a granddaughter.
