Irene F. Ochs, 93, of Cape Girardeau died Wednesday, Sept. 16, 1998, at the Lutheran Home.

She was born Dec. 26, 1904, in Perry County, daughter of August H. and Clara Marie Meyer Ochs.

Ochs had worked in domestic home service. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Cape Girardeau and Zion Ladies Aid in Longtown.

Survivors include nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by three brothers and four sisters.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Zion Lutheran Church in Longtown, with the Rev. David Hintz officiating. Burial will be in York Chapel Cemetery.

Young and Sons Funeral Home in Perryville is in charge of arrangements.
