Jack C. Trickey Sr., 81, 2326 State Highway 177, died Sunday, Aug. 18, 1996, at St. Francis Medical Center.

He was born March 4, 1915, in Cape Girardeau, son of Linley and Cora Steinhoff Trickey. He and R. Fern Green were married in 1938 in Cape Girardeau.

Trickey worked at The Brokerage 35 years, and then owned and operated Trickey's Men's Wear 14 years.

He was a member of Centenary United Methodist Church, member and past master of St. Mark's Masonic Lodge 93, Capaha Scottish Rite in Cape Girardeau and Scottish Rite in St. Louis.

Survivors include his wife; two sons, Jack Trickey Jr. of Charlotte, N.C., James Trickey of Vancouver, Wash.; two brothers, Bill Trickey of Jonesboro, Ark., Paul Trickey of Fieldon, Ill.; a sister, Jeanette Jones of Illinois; and six grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a brother.

Friends may call at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel from 4-8 p.m. today. A Masonic service will be held at 7.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the chapel, with the Rev. Neil Stein officiating. Entombment will be in Memorial Park Mausoleum.
