ANNA, Ill. -- James L. Modglin, 88, of Anna died Thursday, Aug. 4, 2011, at St. Sophia Health and Rehab Center in Florissant, Mo. He served 27 years in the U.S. Navy. Graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday at Jonesboro Cemetery, with the VFW chaplain officiating. Military honors will be conducted by Carroll P. Foster VFW Post 3455 of Anna and Illinois National Guard Funeral Honors Team of Marion...ANNA, Ill. -- James L.
