James Michael Pyles, 35, of Cape Girardeau died Tuesday, Oct. 16, 2012, at Saint Francis Medical Center. He was born June 26, 1977, in Hayti, Mo., to Johnny and Charlotte Bugg Pyles. James Michael Pyles, 35, of Cape Girardeau died Tuesday, Oct. 16, 2012, at Saint Francis Medical Center.

He was born June 26, 1977, in Hayti, Mo., to Johnny and Charlotte Bugg Pyles.

Michael was an avid sports fan and loved the St. Louis Cardinals and Rams. He especially enjoyed spending time with his children and working in his garden. He was a welder at Missouri Dry Dock.

He is survived by five children, James Cameron Michael Pyles and his mother, Leslie Gray-Algood, James Michael Wayne and Tyson Michael Pyles and their mother, Tristen Lipps, all of Cape Girardeau, Emma Jean and Ethan James Pyles and their mother, his fiancee, Sarah Henderson, all of Olive Branch, Ill.; his mother, Charlotte Pyles of Cape Girardeau; his father, Johnny Pyles of New Madrid, Mo.; a sister, Christina Pyles; and a brother, Johnny Pyles II, both of Cape Girardeau; maternal grandmother, Jeanette Bugg of Portageville, Mo.; other relatives and many friends.

Michael was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Mary Lee Pyles; maternal grandfather, James A. Bugg Jr.; and an uncle, Ronnie Norman Chris Bugg.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today and 8 a.m. until time of service Friday at Crain Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Chris Clifton officiating. Interment will be in Mounds Park Cemetery in New Madrid.
