Jennifer Lynne Miles, 46, of Cape Girardeau passed away Wednesday, Nov. 30, 2016, at Life Care Center. She was born Aug. 26, 1970, in Lincoln, Nebraska to Donald Orval and Paula Dee Ragsdale Miles. Jennifer Lynne Miles, 46, of Cape Girardeau passed away Wednesday, Nov. 30, 2016, at Life Care Center.

She was born Aug. 26, 1970, in Lincoln, Nebraska to Donald Orval and Paula Dee Ragsdale Miles.

Jennifer was a graduate of Cape Girardeau Central High School and earned bachelors of arts degrees in French language and culture and Spanish language and culture from Southeast Missouri State University. She was office manager for a local telephone-answering service. Jennifer was honored queen and majority member of Job's Daughters Bethel Lodge No. 51 of Cape Girardeau.

Survivors include her parents, Don (Vicki) Miles of Cape Girardeau; mother, Paula (John) Jones of Lincoln; sister, Kelly (Derek) Case of St. Louis; stepsister, Amy C. Hayden of San Clemente, California; three uncles and their spouses; niece, Emily Case; nephew, Evan Case; and a number of cousins, close friends and classmates.

Jennifer was comforted in her final days by Michelle Miles and Marcia Ridenour; best friend, Angela Light; dear friends, Jody and Roger Petzoldt; and many of her cousins and close friends.

A memorial service will be at 6 p.m. Friday at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home, with Kim Reagen officiating.
