JEWELL E. RASPBERRY

SIKESTON -- Funeral service for Jewell E. Raspberry of Sikeston will be held at 10:30 a.m. today at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Kevin Barks will officiate, with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery.

Raspberry, 82, died Wednesday, Nov. 15, 1995, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.

She was born Oct. 22, 1913, in Sikeston, daughter of William Marvin and Bessie Jane Siefert Ramsey. She and Vestel G. "Buck" Raspberry were married March 7, 1955, in Hernando, Miss. He died Nov. 9, 1994.

Survivors include three sons, John Price of Dexter, Larry and Ron Price of Sikeston; three daughters, Ruth Little and Karen Turner of Sikeston, Linda Hardison of Cartersville, Ga.; three brothers, Gene Ramsey of Wappapello, Dan Ramsey of El Paso, Texas, Jack Ramsey of Jacksonville, Fla.; a sister, Thelma Doyle of Wappapello; 28 grandchildren, and 31 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son and sister.
