Jo Reeves

Jo A. Reeves, 64, of Jackson passed away Wednesday, June 18, 2003, at her home.

She was born Feb. 11, 1939, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Robert and Addie Hager Williams. She and Roy L. Reeves were married July 23, 1955.

Jo Ann had been business manager at Roy L. Reeves Painting Co. in Jackson. She was a lifelong member of Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod.

Survivors include her husband; a son, Roy L. Reeves II of Jackson; four daughters, Kimberly B. Miller of Shawnee, Okla., Teresa R. Ruppel of Jackson, Christina J. Brost of Cape Girardeau, Robin L. Reeves of Phoenix, Ariz.; a nephew, Roger L. Adams of Jackson; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister.

Friends may call at McCombs Funeral Home in Jackson from 4 to 8 p.m. today.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at St. Paul Lutheran Church. The Rev. Robert Henrichs will officiate. Burial will be in Lightner Cemetery at Scott City.
