TACOMA, Wash. -- John Lee Colyer Jr., 49, of Puyallup died Friday, Aug. 6, 1999 at Tacoma.

He was born Aug. 15, 1949, at Cape Girardeau, son of Elsa and John Lee Coyer Sr. He and his wife, Sandra, had been married for 30 years.

He was employed by Northland Communications at Seattle.

He is survived by his mother; his wife; two daughters, Jennifer Thompson of Boston and Kimberly Cunningham of Eugene, Ore.; a sister, JeAnette Colyer of University Place; and two granddaughters.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Powers Funeral Home at Puyallup.
