PARMA -- Johnnie F. Daniels, 80, of Parma died Monday, April 5, 1999, at Doctors Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff.
He was born Aug. 8, 1918, at Bernie, son of John and Roxie McBroom Daniels. He and Bernice Henson were married Dec. 20, 1941.
Daniels had lived at Parma all his life. He was a retired mechanic and retired fire chief. He was a member of First Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife; three sons, Thomas Daniels of Parma, Irvin Daniels of Blytheville, Ark., Johnny Daniels of Dexter; two brothers, Chester Daniels of Mt. Carmel, Ill., Ralph Daniels of Broseley; three sisters, Nellie Medlin of Baker City, Ore., Dorothy Cassin of Tustin, Calif., Christine Bufford of Poplar Bluff; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Friends may call at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Parma after 6 p.m. today.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Jody Duncan officiating. Burial will be in Bernie Cemetery at Bernie.
