Joseph Eldon Lundstrum, 69, of Tyler, Texas, died Tuesday, June 14, 2005, in Tyler.
He was born Dec. 23, 1935, in Macomb, Ill., son of Bruce F. and Alma Frits Lundstrum.
Lundstrum moved to Tyler in 2004 from Onalaska, Texas. He was a mechanic and farmer. He was a member of Lakewood Church.
He served in the U.S. Air Force.
Survivors include his wife, Josephine; a son, Jerry Lundstrum of St. James, Mo.; a daughter, Joyce Griffith of Cape Girardeau; a brother, Fredrick Lundstrum of Bloomfield, Iowa; a sister, Doris Robinson of Tucson, Ariz.; and three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother and a sister.
A memorial service was held June 18 at Lakewood Church near Tyler, with Mickey Williams officiating.
Hilliard Funeral Home in Van, Texas, was in charge of arrangements.
