Judy Ann Niswonger, 68, of Cape Girardeau died Wednesday, Aug. 13, 2014, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Ford and Sons Sprigg Street Funeral Home. Burial will be in Lorimier Cemetery.
