BIEHLE, Mo. -- Kellie L. Clements, 78, of Biehle, died Tuesday, Dec. 25, 2007, at Perry County Nursing Home in Perryville, Mo.

He was born May 14, 1929, in Bollinger County, son of Louis Henry and Elizabeth Barbara Werth Clements. He and M. Marie Meyer were married Nov. 7, 1953.

Clements was a carpenter. He was a member of St. Maurus Catholic Church and former head of the church council, Citizens for Educational Freedom, Social Club, big league ball team manager for Biehle, and past member of Knights of Columbus.

Survivors include a son, Gary Clements of Biehle; two daughters, Ruth Brown of Biehle, Donna Skelton of Perryville; a sister, Mae Propst of Sedgewickville, Mo.; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, five brothers and four sisters.

Friends may call from 4 to 9 p.m. today, and 6:30 to 9:20 a.m. Friday at Young and Sons Funeral Home in Perryville. The wake will be at 7 p.m. today, and the rosary will be recited at 8:30 a.m. Friday.

Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Maurus Church. The Rev. Tony Dattilo will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
