PATTON, Mo. -- Kelly Brotherton, 80, of Patton died Thursday, April 18, 2002, at Madison County Medical Center in Fredericktown, Mo.
He was born Jan. 17, 1922, in Patton, son of John F. and Nola E. Reagan Brotherton. He and Ruby I. Douglas were married Dec. 4, 1943.
Brotherton was a minister, and retired from General Motors in St. Louis in 1978. He was a member of Post Oak Methodist Church.
He was a veteran of World War II.
Survivors include two sons, Ronnie Brotherton of Patton, Rockie Brotherton of Glen Allen, Mo.; two brothers, Lee and Guss Brotherton of Jackson, Mo.; seven grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two sons, two brothers, and two sisters.
Friends may call at Liley Funeral Home in Patton after 4 p.m. today.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. The Revs. Micky Ackman and Pam Ackman will officiate. Burial will be in Post Oak Cemetery.
