Funeral service for S. Lee "Shirley" Moore of St. Louis was held recently at Pfitzinger Funeral Home in St. Louis. Burial was in Sunset Memorial Park.

Moore, 67, died Friday, Oct. 4, 1996, at St. Jude's Hospital in St. Louis.

He was born Oct. 11, 1928, son of Rufus and Flora Moore.

Formerly of Cape Girardeau, he worked at Montgomery Ward and Marquette Hotel. After moving to St. Louis he was manager of Old Orchard Glaser Drug Store.

Survivors include a son, Perry Moore of Chicago; two daughters, Pamela Spiros of St. Louis, April Willbrand of St. Charles; two brothers, Roy Moore of Inkster, Mich., Jesse Moore of Joplin; a sister, Jeanette Leimer of Jackson; and four grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by four brothers.
