She was born March 18, 1928, in Anna, daughter of Amos and Mary Williams Sitter. She and Eugene Albert Russell were married Dec. 1, 1945, in Eldorado, Ill.
Russell was a member of Bethel Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband.
