Lisa Louise Smalley, 37, of Tulsa, Okla., formerly of Cape Girardeau, died Thursday, July 26, 2001.
She was born Nov. 8, 1963, in Elmhurst, Ill., daughter of Oscar and Olive Foster. She and Andrew Smalley were married July 17, 1982. He also died July 26, 2001.
Smalley was a 1981 graduate of Willowbrook High School.
She lived in Cape Girardeau about five years, and worked in food service for Cape Girardeau Public Schools. She was a member of PTA and Church on the Move in Tulsa.
Survivors include four sons, Adam, Brian, Michael and Nick Smalley; a daughter, Kimberly Smalley; her parents of Florida; three sisters, Laura Summers of Perryville, Mo., Wendy Muller of Wisconsin, Gail Brady of Rockford, Ill.; and a brother, Randy Foster of Redway, Calif.
She was preceded in death by maternal and paternal grandparents.
A memorial service was held July 30 at Church on the Move. The Rev. Scott Campbell officiated.
