MORLEY, Mo. -- Lola Mae Holland, 87, of Morley died Saturday, May 21, 2005, at Saint Francis Medical Center. She was born May 6, 1918, in Warm Springs, Ark., the daughter of T.N. and Lydia Davidson Hagar. She married Dude Holland on May 30, 1936, at Flatwoods, Mo. He preceded her in death on Nov. 25, 1962...

MORLEY, Mo. -- Lola Mae Holland, 87, of Morley died Saturday, May 21, 2005, at Saint Francis Medical Center.

She was born May 6, 1918, in Warm Springs, Ark., the daughter of T.N. and Lydia Davidson Hagar. She married Dude Holland on May 30, 1936, at Flatwoods, Mo. He preceded her in death on Nov. 25, 1962.

Mrs. Holland ran the Morley Cafe for many years before her retirement. She was a member of the Morley Baptist Church.

She is survived by two sons, Gary Holland of Beebe, Ark., Dennis Holland of Benton, Mo.; three brothers, Raymond Hagar of Fresno, Calif., Dewey Hagar of Edwards, Miss., Roy Hagar of Petaluma, Calif.; a sister, Ethel Dalton of Doniphan, Mo.; three grandchildren, Denae Holland Ledure, and Joby and Derek Holland; and five great-grandchildren, Coby, Jayme and Emily Holland, and Wyatt and Will Ledure.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, Kenneth Hagar; two sisters, Ann Hagar and Gene Holland; and two grandchildren, Kirk and Keith Holland.

Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Benton and Tuesday at the Morley Baptist Church from 10 to 11 a.m.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Morley Baptist Church, with the Rev. Delbert Bishop officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens at Morley.
