BLOOMFIELD -- Lottie Ann Cook, 85, of Bloomfield died Tuesday, Oct. 27, 1998, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. She was born Feb. 28, 1913, at Avert, daughter of Andy and Mollie Strop Robey. She and Bloys Cook were married Dec. 30, 1930. He died June 1, 1981...

BLOOMFIELD -- Lottie Ann Cook, 85, of Bloomfield died Tuesday, Oct. 27, 1998, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Feb. 28, 1913, at Avert, daughter of Andy and Mollie Strop Robey. She and Bloys Cook were married Dec. 30, 1930. He died June 1, 1981.

Cook was a lifetime resident of the Bloomfield community, and had worked at the shoe and hat factories in Dexter. She was a member of Bible Tabernacle Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Reva Pruett of Bloomfield; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by a son, four brothers and six sisters.

Friends may call at Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home from 5-8 p.m. Thursday.

Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Cotis James officiating. Burial will be in Walker Cemetery near Bloomfield.
