MARBLE HILL -- Memorial service for Louisa "Millie" Brown will be at 6 p.m. today at Jones Funeral Home in Villa Ridge, Ill. The Rev. Ernest Browning will officiate. Graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Owens Chapel Cemetery near Milburn, Ky.

Friends may call from 3 to 6 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Brown, 56, of Marble Hill died Sunday, July 16, 1995, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Oct. 16, 1938, in Cairo, Ill., daughter of Clyde Marian and Ima Mae Mangrum Stratton.

She married Jerry Lee Layton, who died Nov. 23, 1969. She later married Bennie Franklin Brown, who died May 8, 1973.
