MABEL MCCRACKEN

BENTON -- Mabel McCracken, 84, formerly of Benton, died Saturday, March 3, 1999, at Boynton, Fla.

She was born Nov. 16, 1914, at Hickory Grove Community near Benton, daughter of James C. and Addie Joyce Foster.

She married Francis McCracken on May 15, 1942, at Detroit, Mich. He survives at Boynton Beach.

She and her husband owned and operated Automatic Press Co. in Oxford, Mich.

She was a member of the Boynton Beach Methodist Church.

Survivors included a son, F.F. McCracken of Ortonville, Mich; a daughter, Joyce Ann Hlava of Saratoga, Calif.; a sister, Mildred Sneed of Sikeston; and four grandchildren.

Services and burial were held at Boynton Beach.
