CHAFFEE -- Mae Shaw, 83, of Chaffee died Wednesday, Sept. 4, 1996, at the Chaffee Nursing Center.

She was born Dec. 4, 1912, in Kinder. She married John E. Shaw on June 19, 1938, and he preceded her in death on April 2, 1989.

Shaw was a former resident of Puxico.

Survivors include one daughter, Connie Bertrand of Scott City; one son, Marvin Shaw of Jacksonville, Fla.; one sister, Mary Daws of California; four grandchildren and two step-grandchildren.

Friends may call after 6 p.m. today at the Morgan Sifford Funeral home in Puxico.

The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home with the Rev. Doyle Mitchell officiating. Burial will follow in the Puxico City Cemetery.
