SIKESTON -- Margaret Davis, 62, of Sikeston died Friday, Oct. 16, 1998, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.
She was born Feb. 12, 1936, at Wyatt, daughter of James and Averie Lee Weems Mallory Sr. She and Norman Davis were married Sept. 24, 1954.
Davis was a member of Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church at Canalou.
Survivors include her husband; two sons, Norman Davis Jr. of Grand Rapids, Mich., Linzie Davis of Kansas City; five daughters, Linda Robinson of Jackson, Tenn., Barbara Walker, Cheryl Walker and Teresa Fleetwood of Atlanta, Ga., Vanetta Harris of Orlando, Fla.; and her mother of Morley, Mich.
Also surviving are eight brothers, Cletus Mallory of Sikeston, Vernon Mallory of Lawton, Okla., James, Melvin, Mack and Carl Mallory, all of Morley, Mich., Arthur Mallory of Evart, Mich., Gary Mallory of Grand Rapids; five sisters, Charlie Mae Wyatt of Chicago, Juanita Webb and Marie Mallory of Morley, Mich., Reuby Johnson and Pairlee Betts of Grand Rapids; 12 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Cornerstone Baptist Church, with the Rev. Moses Grayson officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Friends may call at the church Wednesday from noon until service time.
