SIKESTON -- Margaret Ann Manley, 58, of Sikeston died Saturday, Aug. 5, 1995, at the Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.

She was born Jan. 5, 1937, in Sikeston, daughter of the late Howard Manley and Hazel Dozier Manley, who survives in Sikeston.

She was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene in Sikeston where she served as church treasurer.

She graduated from Sikeston High School in 1954 and earned the Journalism Award from the school. The Sikeston Standard-Democrat newspaper hired her on the basis of that award, and she had been working at the newspaper since in the circulation department.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by two brothers, Charles Manley of Sikeston and Rudy Manley of Durant, Okla.; two sisters, Jane Manley and Linda Manley, both of Sikeston.

Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston.

Funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the First Church of the Nazarene in Sikeston, with the Rev. Bryan Davis officiating. Burial will follow in the New Morley Cemetery at Morley.
