Marie Kraft

Marie E. Crites Kraft, 92, formerly of Sedgewickville, Mo., died Thursday, July 27, 2006, at Bethesda South Gate in St. Louis County. She was born Aug. 15, 1913, in Sedgewickville, daughter of Edward and Annie Masters Friese. She and Curtis Crites were married in 1930. He preceded her in death. Marie E. Crites Kraft, 92, formerly of Sedgewickville, Mo., died Thursday, July 27, 2006, at Bethesda South Gate in St. Louis County.

She was born Aug. 15, 1913, in Sedgewickville, daughter of Edward and Annie Masters Friese. She and Curtis Crites were married in 1930. He preceded her in death. She and Howard Kraft were married in 1973. He also preceded her in death.

Kraft was employed 15 years at Bussman Fuse in St. Louis.

Survivors include a son, Gene Crites of St. Louis County; five grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, a brother and five sisters.

Friends may call Saturday from 10 a.m. to noon at McCombs Funeral Home in Jackson.

The funeral will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at the funeral home, with the Rev. Bill Treece officiating. Burial will be in Sargent's Chapel Cemetery near Sedgewickville.
