SIKESTON -- Mary L. Taylor, 78, of Sikeston, died Tuesday, July 11, 1995, at Missouri Delta Medical Center. She was born July 10, 1917, in Forke Deer, Tenn., daughter of Bryant and Myrtle Irene Riddick Young. Formerly of Morehouse, Taylor was employed at Clark's Grocery Store there more than 20 years. SIKESTON -- Mary L. Taylor, 78, of Sikeston, died Tuesday, July 11, 1995, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.

She was born July 10, 1917, in Forke Deer, Tenn., daughter of Bryant and Myrtle Irene Riddick Young.

Formerly of Morehouse, Taylor was employed at Clark's Grocery Store there more than 20 years. She was a member of Morehouse Assembly of God Church.

Survivors include a son, Jimmie Taylor of Moriarty, N.M.; a sister, Elizabeth Cannon of Sikeston; 10 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, brother and two grandchildren.

Friends may call at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel from 5-8 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Morehouse Assembly of God Church. The Revs. Rick Krietemeyer and Dudley Hamilton will officiate, with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
